Please read these terms carefully before using our moving services.

1. Service Agreement

By booking moving services with Johar Khan Movers, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. A booking is confirmed when both parties verbally agree via phone or WhatsApp on the service date, time, and price.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual volume, distance, number of floors, and special item requirements. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the volume and type of items to be moved
  • Ensuring clear access to the property on moving day
  • Securing any building permits or elevator bookings required
  • Being present or having a responsible representative on moving day
  • Declaring any fragile, high-value, or hazardous items before the move

4. Items We Cannot Move

We do not transport:

  • Hazardous materials, chemicals, or flammable items
  • Illegal items or controlled substances
  • Pets or live animals
  • Plants (unless specifically agreed)

5. Damage & Liability

While we take every precaution to handle your belongings with care, Johar Khan Movers' liability for any damage is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement of the affected item, up to the maximum value agreed upon at the time of booking. We are not liable for items not properly disclosed or for pre-existing damage.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move. Late cancellations may incur a fee. If we are unable to complete the job due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, road closures, etc.), we will reschedule at no additional charge.

7. Delays

We strive to arrive on time for all bookings. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with UAE law.
